Vinny Magalhaes signs five-fight deal with Titan FC, debuts in April

Vinny Magalhaes will return to the cage in April.

A former UFC light heavyweight and the TUF 8 runner-up, Magalhaes has signed a five-fight deal with Titan Fighting Championship and is expected to make his debut in April, sources close to the situation told MMAFighting.com on Thursday.

Magalhaes (10-5, 1 no-contest) looks to return to the win column following back-to-back losses inside the Octagon against Phil Davis and Anthony Perosh. Prior to the setbacks, Magalhaes recorded a six-fight win streak with six finishes, including a second-round armbar over Igor Pokrajac and successfully winning and defending the M-1 Global light heavyweight championship in 2011.

Besides Magalhaes, Titan FC has signed several UFC veterans over the past few weeks, including Dave Herman, Jeff Curran, Iliarde Santos, George Sotiropoulos, and Pedro Nobre.

most the fighters are in the UFC anyways..... guys like vinny just slip in and out of the UFC....

UFC has 400 shows a year....its all ufc at the end of the day

Haven't seen Brilz in a while.  I like this fight.  Going with Vinny by sub.
