Cung Le gets Knock Out Of The Year

There were a few memorable knockouts this year but the was one hell of a KO by Le.

intersting, I would like us to conduct our own poll as we would have a wider choice selection seeing how 4 out 5 on there were zuffa....
btw mma fighting used to be a really good forum 10 years ago...sad to see it in its zombie state these days.

Honestly I think Barboza should have won it because wheel kicks aren't all that common and also the epic way in which Etim fell completely out cold.

Agree this one is way better than Le's. Really amazing to watch. Maybe they chose that one cause it's too old timers and past champs.

That was a great KO but there were many that were better including in the UFC.

Barboza's KO was epic because of Etims slow "tree fall"..........awesome

^Yeah, a lot of KOs were better than that one in the last year.

LE's knockout was nothing special. It was more of Rich being REALLY sloppy.

That's just Stu's M.O. You shoulda' seen him before I got him to tone it down. He knows Cung's KO was solid.

There's been some exceptional KO's (and other great moments) in MMA this year. 2013 will be strong.

Wow. MMA fighting gave Rousey's armbar over Tate Submission of the Year. Unreal. There are so many others that easily beat that.

^Yeah, the Rousey armbar was impressive and the Cung Le KO was as well but not best of the year and probably not even top 10 IMO. UFC and other orgs. both had better subs. and KOs.

It was good but nothing that would make it anywhere near the top this year, there were better, more unusual and more difficult KO's

LOL wow. It wasn't even the best submission Zuffa had this year. I was way more impressed by Wiman submitting Sass with his own special move.

Yup, Zuffa had a number of better KOs and subs this year. Really surprised by these winners.
