People love to blame zuffa and only zuffa for the cheapening of the sport/culture , and while they are definitely to blame in large part , sherdog.com literally bent over and instead of holding strong in their stance in face of the corrupt UFC yet they barely get called out for it. The pivotal moment that could've changed the future of Mma for the better was wasted and sooner than later Jeff "beached whale" Sherdog succumbed to the pressure and went along and regurgitated the pro-zuffa propaganda nonsense. Mma was monopolized and sherdog should get more shit for it than they have. Not only for laying back and taking it but also their forums always supported casual zuffa zombies and tuf newbs while banning true fans. They created a safe haven and platform for an American centric Mma culture to thrive.A big f*** you goes out to them.

Yea its a shame, sherwood was the real deal at one time, I remember going back on sherdog around 2001 or so it was like a beta back then lol. But the passion was real the fans were real and the media was not biased. Now I dare any of you go back in the archives of sherdog and look at a old thread notice how 90% of those posters are banned...no they were not trolls, they were all banned during the zuffa take over. They stood up against the bs and like Nazi germany they were eliminated for not bowing down and hailing zoofa. All the noobs flowing in thanks to a reality show were like a plague.
F#*k Sherdog. And while im at it the UG can go to hell too.

It's called integrity and Americans of today know nothing about it. Sometimes making the hard decision doesn't pay off short term and only long term. Mma would be better if not for enabling zuffa to monopolize the sport. Shame on Jeff , Greg and all of them.

The world would be a better place if all people did the right thing no matter if it comes to sports, politics or your daily life. We could make this site huge and earn tons of money if we sold out but we rather fight the good fight.

Sherdog just got their credentials back to press row at UFC events, and they were already asking ZP for animated gifs last night on twitter
