I don't think it's a gimmick but a standard 4-sided ring for MMA is what I prefer. I still think M-1 is great but it would have been cool if they stuck with their old ring.

This event was fantastic and as much as I was against the Rage I give Vadim props for it now. It´s great to have the ring which favours strikers and at the same time I don´t have to worry about restarts which is the positive thing about the cage.
