+ other orgs over there.
And after all the years M-1 was called 3rd+ rate and the fighters over there 'cans' nowhere as good as UFC fighters with super-suspect PADDED records.
How about all the years KSW & I and others were scoffed at, bashed, demeaned, and nastily attacked over stating what is blatantly obvious now. It was sure blatantly obvious skill-level-wise + show quality-wise to anybody that followed orgs & fighters over there. Ignorance is always bliss. Even more-so in the ZuffaZombie nation...

The best combat sports athletes in many fields come from Russia or post-USSR states. This is a fact. Hardly surprising that the best MMA fighters should come from such backgrounds.

I remember the days when the UFC fanboys said east european/M-1 fighters suck(most still say that). Like I always said send the "UFC fighters" to Russia to fight in the M-1 ring and I guarantee you´ll be surprised by the results. Unknown russians/east europeans would beat the shit out of the overhyped "UFC fighters".

It reminds me of this Chael Sonnen quote:
“I can remember when the UFC lost Tito Ortiz and everybody thought this was going to be detrimental. Well, within six weeks, Dana White built up a character out of a guy called Andrei Arlovski – into the greatest, most feared fighter of all time – and he dumped all sorts of money and all sorts of media and it caught on like that. The fans widely recognized Andrei as the most feared fighter in the world. The truth was that he was eight and four and all four guys that beat him were bums. All eight guys that he beat were mid-card, at best but because Dana White says Andrei’s the best, he became the best.
That’s the brilliance of the UFC.
So, who is actually the best fighter in the world? I know guys that are great fighters that you wouldn’t even know their names. They’re in the practice room right now. They’ve never been given their shot. So, are we seeing the best fighters against the best fighters?
No.
…but the real truth is no body knows who the best fighter is. MMA does not have – There is no competative architecture in Mixed Martial Arts. If you want to know who the best wrestler in the world is, go watch the Olympic games. Everybody with a heartbeat is welcome to compete. They will have a process; a competitive architecture where it constantly gets broken down until there is one man standing on the entire planet.
The UFC doesn’t work that way. There is no rules to get into the UFC. You can be a great fighter and never even get a UFC contract. You can be the best fighter in the UFC and you don’t have enough draw power to get on the main card. You can be on the main card and not have enough fans behind you to get into the main event.
That’s the business side of it. That’s not the fault of the UFC and a lot of people don’t understand that. They fault the UFC for that. No – This is a business first. UFC gotta to turn a profit and people need to understand that. Or any show, I’m using UFC for example. Its the most commonly known entity out there but for any show that’s the primary goal.
So, the best guys fighting the best guys? Nobody knows because people don’t actually know who the best guy is.” Chael P. Sonnen

It's not surprising. How many of the UFC stars are created by the UFC? The majority were guys who were made elsewhere and picked up by the UFC.

It is easy to notice since majority guys were made somewhere else and ufc can't even build their original ufc fighter roster.

Matt Riddle was a guy the UFC built, but they ended up just telling him to fuck off because of failed drug tests due to cannabis. Their image is so magical and needs to be protected amongst cases of BUD LIGHT.
