Age has caught with saliva and he need know when to retired. The problem with fighter they don't know when to retire. I think fighter need to know when to hang down the glove plus knowing the right time to retire and not to earlier orlater.

I told you God forbid weidman come confident .....he did LOL
Weidman not only ended Silva's title reign he ended his career.
That injury requires nearly a year and a half to rehab to where he can walk right we will never see him compete again hell be damn near 40 before he's nearly 100.

Anderson is the Middleweight UFC GOAT, i'll leave it at that. He had a great career being the king of beating WWE aluminum trash cans and making Zuffa millions.
With that said, I hope he quickly recovers from his leg injury and retires to happily spend more time with his family.

I just wish that had happened to Bones instead of Anderson now that I think about it.

I have no problems saying Anderson is at least a top 5 all time great, possibly top 3. Wins over Hendo, Franklin (x2), and Vitor are very very good. But honestly, the rest of his resume is mediocre. I definitely have Fedor #1 and GSP #2. I'm just overall more impressed with their body of work.
I'm not going to lie. That fucking sucked. It pretty much zapped my already low interest in the HW division, unless Josh can bounce back quickly and get back in the mix.

No Anderson vs. Roy Jones Jr. "Super" fight either.

The Gonzaga elbows were 100% illegaldoubledx2c wrote:kayneoTheRisingWarrior wrote:Those elbows looked illegal to the far side back of the head.Everbody know that travis has history of doing that shit.
The ones that knocked him out were all to the side of the head. Travis did the exact same thing with Gonzaga and it was totally legal.

Gonzaga was clearly out from the first blow, the second was just him turning his head after getting knocked out.KSW wrote:The Gonzaga elbows were 100% illegaldoubledx2c wrote:kayneoTheRisingWarrior wrote:Those elbows looked illegal to the far side back of the head.Everbody know that travis has history of doing that shit.

Sucks to see Anderson go out like that.
I think Anderson is the second best fighter of all time clearly behind Fedor so it sucks to see his career possibly end like that.

Browne and Werdum should both be next in line for Cain rather than having them fight. Browne is looking solid lately. Huge wins over REEM and Barnett.

What pisses me off about the Browne elbows is
The original first couple of elbows (still in a very dodgy area) are regarded as legal but once The fighter is rocked and slips down and browne is still throwing them the elbows now go against the back of the head which are illegal.
and the fucking commission on review are like....the win still stands because the first 2 elbows were legal meanwhile the last 4-5 elbows that really put a fighter out cold are fucking illegal.....but that's OK
At the same time they dont allow knees on the ground and stupid 3 point of contact rule and no soccer kicks or stomps....The way God intended MMA to be...true Vale tudo
and i sayall this and i'm not even a Josh Barnett fan ....but those kinda elbows and the angle in which they are thrown are fucked up and need reviewing

That leg kick was disgusting. There's pictures going around you can find with Silva's shin bone sticking out.
Really bummed about Barnett losing more than anything. I keep doubting Browne but he keeps proving me wrong. I don't see him beating Werdum though. Maybe he proves me wrong again, I don't know.
I think a few of those elbows he hit Joshu with were clearly to the side of the head but it looked like a some were in a pretty shady area too. I don't think they all landed in the "legal zone" of the head.
Josh was out though. That sucks.

Browne would lose to the top M-1 guys. It´s time for Hapa to prove himself in the big league.
