PRIDE didn't test but at least they let it be known as opposed to UFC who's drug testing was a joke and something many fighters can easily get passed and at least PRIDE weren't shady when a main fighter got caught and were still allowed to fight or avoid much of the testing like Brock Lesnar.

Fedor also defended his pride fc belt 3x and is in fact the mosyaccomplished heavyweight in mma history. Matter of fact if fedor defended his belt every match he would have 8-9 defences of that belt the ufc and rogan are so desperate to have a ufc heavyweight as the goat then again they only want ufc fighters to be on the goat list, that is the real reason they hate fedor he became one of the in a lot of people's opinion the greatest of all time without ever stepping in the ufc.

Can you blame them? Liddell didn't win or even make it to the finals of the 2003 Middleweight Grand Prix and was knocked the hell out by both Rampage and Shogun. Sylvia lost to both Big Nog & Fedor. Couture lost decisively to Big Nog while Arlovski got knocked the fuck out by Fedor. Royce lost to Sakuraba even after he got the rules he wanted. Hunt knocked out Mir.

To be fair, UFC does have it's wins as Penn beat Gomi, Liddell beat Wanderlei, Griffin beat Rampage, and Mir beat Big Nog twice along with Cro Cop.

Not only because he got away but because many people still consider him the greatest and he's been voted time and time again as the greatest even over UFC fighters like GSP & Anderson. The thing about the heavyweight goat is we've seen it for a decade and every chosen one from the UFC doesn't last long. Other than a three year retirement, Fedor has been going since 2000 while many heavyweights have come and gone. Randy Couture is justified because he's way older and retired at 48 but look at everybody else. In the late 2000s, Brock Lesnar & Shane Carwin were the top heavyweights and the ones Fedor had to beat to be considered legit. Yet both have since flamed out as Carwin didn't last 15 fights while Lesnar didn't last 10. Then it was Cain Velasquez and Junior Dos Santos with Velasquez even being called the HW GOAT only for them to fall apart as Velasquez is always hurt and Dos Santos is broken down while already past his prime. Both are now held up by duct tape and chewing gum while Velasquez has had two years periods of inactivity.
