IM thinking Cain grounds jds this time and wins a decision.

Costa Phillipou starting to get some respect, hope he knocks out boetch ... WAR Cyprus

Cain via 3rd or 4th round TKO. Uses his wrestling and constant pace to wear down JDS against the cage and possibly on the ground for the first quarter of the fight, then pounds out an exhausted JDS late in the fight until the ref pulls him off.

Going with JDS by TKO round 2. Really looking forward to this fight.

I think JDS will stuff Cain's wrestling and win by tko

He´s on a 4 win streak now including a big win against Fukuda. Winner of this fight should be among the title contenders at MW. Boetsch will be an extremely tough fight, the guy finished Okami and won a split dec against Lombard.

Since Holloway replaced McKenzie, thankfully that means Garcia will be destroyed.

Great end to a stellar year.

Duffee vs De Fries is a hidden gem on this card.

Agreed. This is a great card. I got Belcher beating Okami and I'm rooting for Costa as well.

why is everyone picking against Okami? I see a easy decision for Yushin.

^Okami is prob. the favorite but I think Belcher might take him out on Saturday.

lol this is the best they could muster for a new year's card? not saying that the fights don't have potential to be very exciting, but if you take so much pride in having star power and giving the fans what they want, at least get some of your biggest names to wrap up the year.

i got cain, okami, philipou, and probably lauzon

actually now that i've seen it from top to bottom, this card has the potential to be dynamite! still lacking some of their biggest names imo.

How is this an easy win for Yushin? Belcher is no joke. Yushin is not a better striker and his BJJ is not as slick or up to par with Belcher's. Yushin is the better wrestler but that is it. I see good fight taking place, but IMO Belcher wins.

I think Boetch is a better wrestler, and Okami was beating him very badly until the third round. I don't think Alan has that kind of power. Okami 30-27 is what I see.

Yes, he beat Belcher 7 years ago. IMO Belcher has improved much more since their first meeting.

Yeah, Belcher is practically a completely different fighting as opposed to then, but Okami is stronger than he was then as well. Outside of the a completely lackluster fight with Silva and an unbelievable comeback loss to Boetsch that he was winning pretty handily, I think he's improved his top game even more and actually developed real knockout power.

Not to say I won't give Belcher more of a chance this time around, it's just that I still believe Okami is a high level middleweight and has the style that could potentially give Belcher fits. Won't finish him, but a clear-cut decision is very plausible, as retro said.
