So i'm reading on twitter that Cain was injured in the first JDS fight. Now knowing this I can say, NO SHIT. Cain WRECKED Junior. It wasn't even close. Ever.

I lost a decent amount of money on this fight but I have a smile on my face, I'm genuinely happy for Cain.

Barnett vs DC. I thought that fight was better than this one. Good pace the whole fight.retrocausality wrote:man I cant believe a heavyweight fight went 5 rounds

I'm disappointed. JDS was supposed to have better striking, yet he put himself in danger right away and ended up eating a damn horse kick. After that he just gave up. Cain did much more but stayed active at least. Props to him. I think we need a third fight someday since they're even now.
All i know is...after what i've seen i hope Reem or Hunto will get the belt. Now i'll just pay my 2 week punishment with this goddamn signature. haha fuck.

Sadly... Dana will never let mark Hunt within an elephant's dick length of Velasquez. Mark Hunt, Overeem, Sergei, Cormier and an out of fight-shape retired Fyodor all would be UFC champ if given the shot.

JDS will get his belt back, his takedown defense was good, Cain just had better cardio and ultimately that's what won him the fight
congrats to Cain for an awesome performance
.....but Ubereem is right around the corner

Brunson proved that there are good fighters outside the UFC. He was coming off losses to Kendall Grove and Souza but still beat top fighter Leben.
I would say there as just as many good fighters, if not more, outside Zuffa. They just didn´t have the right matchups like the UFC guys had.

Let's be real, Leben was coming off a year long layoff. Not only that, but his weight cut apparently went very bad. All of his recent losses were to people with decent wrestling.

everyone has a bad weight cut when they lose. It's the worst excuse in the book.

If Hunt beats Struve he's literally 1 fight away from a title shot. When Overeem beats Big Foot he'll fight Velasquez as well.

Yeah there are always excuses. I´m sure Leben and many other "UFC fighters" would lose several fights in other promotions.retrocausality wrote:everyone has a bad weight cut when they lose. It's the worst excuse in the book.
